    • Students and teachers will become frequent visitors of your tech support center if it’s easy to find. Choose a central location, such as a classroom next to the cafeteria.
    • Student technicians need to stay engaged during slow times at the support center. Suggest alternate tasks, such as rewiring a computer lab or studying for the Google administrator certification.
    • Professional behavior is essential for sustaining a successful tech-support center. Train students in working with clients, whether they’re adults or fellow students.
