    • Principals can offer valuable input on discussions about aligning resources. Involve them in key meetings since they’ll be supporting and reinforcing goals and action items day in and day out.
    • When aligning resources, focus on one program at a time to get the most impact out of it – and to keep participants focused on achieving the goal.
